Adding and editing image sets
You can add and edit image sets for your digital images that need to be attached to cases.
To add or edit image sets
1. In the Image Management dialog box, do one of the following:
· To add a set, click Add.
· To edit an existing set, select a set, and then click Edit.
The Edit Image Set for dialog box appears.
2. Set up the following options:
· Template - Select the template.
· Tooth - Select the tooth or area.
· Description - Type the description for the set.
· Comments - Type any comments regarding the set.
3. Click OK.
4. The images for the selected set, which has an associated image template, are displayed under Images. For each image, do any of the following tasks:
· Enter the date the image is Created.
· Select a Description for the image.
· Enter Comments about the image.
· Click the Scan button to acquire the image from a TWAIN device.
· Click the Import button to import the image from a directory on your computer or computer on your office's network.
· Click the Paste button to paste the image from the Windows clipboard.
· Click the Load image button to import the image from the Document Center. (Refer to the i-CAT Interface User's Guide for information on importing i-CAT images into EHR.)
· Click the Edit button to edit the image with the program set up in the Preferences dialog box.
· Click the Remove button to clear the image.
5. Close the Image Management dialog box when you are finished.
