Sequencing planned treatment

You can arrange treatment-planned treatment in phases, complete treatment plans, and categorize treatment in each phase.

To set up the sequence of planned treatment

1.   From the hard tissue chart, from the Chart menu, click Sequencing.

The Treatment Plan Sequencing dialog box appears.

2.   Perform the following tasks as needed:

·        Add a phase - Select a plan, and then click New Appointment/Phase to add a phase with a $0 cost.

·        Add a category - Select a phase, and then click New Category to add a category with a $0 cost.

·        Delete a phase - Select a phase, and then click Delete to delete that phase.

·        Delete a category - Select a category, and then click Delete to delete that category.

·        Move treatment - Drag treatment from one phase or category to another phase or category.

·        Complete treatment - Select a plan, and then click Complete to complete all the items in the plan; or, select a procedure in a plan, and then click Complete to complete that procedure. A check mark appears next to completed procedures.

·        Indicate the next appointment - Select a plan, and then click Next Appt. to indicate that the procedures in the plan are to be performed during the next appointment; or, select a procedure in a plan, and then click Next Appt. to indicate that procedure will be performed during the next appointment. A plus sign appears next to procedures to be performed in the next appointment.

·        Print preview - Click Print Preview to preview the planned treatment sequence. The entire sequence of all plans are previewed, regardless of the plans, phases, and categories being viewed.

·        Print - Click Print to print the planned treatment sequence. The entire sequence of all plans are printed, regardless of the plans, phases, and categories being viewed.

3.   Click OK.
