Changing display settings for the graphical chart
You can view treatment on the graphical chart by date, treatment type, and treatment plan number. You can also apply clinical shading to easily view existing, completed, and planned treatment.
To change the display settings
1. From the hard tissue chart, above the graphical chart, click Display Settings in the upper-right.
The Chart Display Settings dialog box appears.
2. Set up the following options:
· Exam Date - From the list, select a date to view the graphical chart with only the treatment items for the patient up to and including that date.
· Show Existing - Select this check box to view only existing treatment on the graphical chart.
· Show Completed - Select this check box to view only completed treatment on the graphical chart.
· Show Planned - Select this check box to view only planned treatment on the graphical chart.
· Plan to Show - If you have chosen to Show Planned treatment, from the list select a number to view only the treatment-planned items for the patient that belong to that plan number. Only one plan can be displayed at a time.
· Clinical Shading - Select this check box to show clinical shading on the graphical chart, according to the following:
· Existing treatment - Blue
· Completed treatment - Green
· Planned treatment - Red
The appearance of clinical shading for tooth-colored restorations is different than for metallic restorations. For the materials porcelain, resin, and acrylic, a colored outline is used instead of completely shading the restoration. For all other materials, the restoration is completely shaded.
3. Click OK.
