Scheduling appointments from the Treatment Manager

You can schedule appointments from the Treatment Manager list.

To schedule an appointment from the Treatment Manager list

1.   Start the Treatment Manager.

2.   In the Treatment Manager list, double-click the name of the patient you want to schedule an appointment for.

The Family Appointment List dialog box appears.

3.   Do one of the following:

·        To create an appointment for a procedure having a treatment plan, select the planned procedure from the Treatment Plan list and click Create New Appointment.

·        To create a new appointment for a procedure without a treatment plan, click Create New Appointment.

The New Appointment Information dialog box appears.

4.   Enter the information for the appointment, and then click OK.
