Viewing the ASAP List

The ASAP List window displays a list containing appointments marked as ASAP or Open. The ASAP List provides you with a way to keep your working days fully scheduled. The ASAP List displays patients who want and/or need an appointment as soon as possible. It does this by displaying appointments by type (ASAP or Open) in the date span set within View.

To view the ASAP List

1.   In the Schedule toolbar, click the Lists button.

2.   Click ASAP List.

The ASAP List window appears.

 

Note: Selecting an appointment in the list opens the Appointment Information dialog box for that appointment.
