Deleting appointments

You can delete appointments and remove them from all lists.

To delete an appointment

1.   Select the appointment that you want to delete.

2.   In the Schedule toolbar, click the Delete Appointment button.

A message appears.

3.   To delete the appointment, click Yes.

The appointment is completely removed from all lists.
