Breaking appointments

When a scheduled appointment is missed or broken, this process removes the appointment from the calendar, marks it as broken, and moves it to the unscheduled list.

To break an appointment

1.   Select the appointment that you want to break.

2.   In the Schedule toolbar, click the Break Appointment button.

A warning appears.

3.   To break the appointment and move it to the unscheduled list, click Yes.
