Starting Easy Day planning

To display the scheduled time blocks, you must first start Easy Day planning.

Note: If you have not started Easy Day, the defined time blocks will not be displayed in the Schedule, and you will not be warned when you schedule appointments during reserved time blocks.

To start Easy Day planning

1.   In the Schedule toolbar, click the Easy Day Planning button.

The defined provider time blocks are displayed in the Schedule.

Note: When you schedule an appointment in a time block, both the provider and appointment types are checked to verify that they match the time block. If either the provider or the appointment type do not match, a warning displays so you can override the time block setting and schedule the appointment or return to the Appointment Information dialog box.

2.   To move a time block within its respective operatory, drag the time block to the time you want.

3.   To increase or decrease the size of a time block, drag the bottom border of the time block up to decrease or down to increase the size of the time block.
