Entering capitation plan fees

You can enter capitation fees as separate fee schedules which are then attached to the individual plan.

To enter a capitation plan fee plan

1.   In the Patient Banner, click the Settings button.

The Settings dialog box appears.

2.   Click Procedure Code Setup.

The Procedure List dialog box appears.

3.   Under Procedure Code Category, select a category, such as Diagnostic.

4.   Select a code from the adjacent list, and then click Edit.

The Procedure Code Editor dialog box appears.

5.   Under Fee Schedule, select the plan that you want to edit.

6.   Click Edit Fee and type the appropriate co-payment for that plan.

Note: Type your normal fee for procedures not covered by the plan.

7.   Enter the co-payment for the current procedure on all of the capitation fee schedules you enter, and then click the Next Code button to move to the next code in the list.
