Entering patient survey responses

Once patients complete the patient survey, you can enter their answers into Easy Dental and store them digitally without having to use paper charts. Best of all, when you need to update the information, you can create a new copy with the previous answers, and your patient only has to modify those items that have changed since the last visit.

To enter patient survey responses

1.   In the Patients module, select the patient you want to enter patient survey responses for.

2.   In the Patients toolbar, click the Survey button.

The Patient Survey dialog box appears.

 

3.   Double-click the first survey question.

The Patient Survey Response dialog box appears.

 

4.   Select the patient’s response to the question, and then click Next.

5.   If applicable, type the explanation for a positive response to the survey question, and then click Next until the next survey question appears.

6.   Repeat steps 4 - 5 for all questions on the survey.

Note: Click Back to revisit previous questions.

7.   To save the patient responses, click OK.

Responses appear on the right side of the Patient Survey dialog box.
