Editing patient survey responses

Once patients complete a patient survey, you can enter their answers into Easy Dental and store them digitally without having to use paper charts. Best of all, when you need to update the information, you can create a new copy with the previous answers, and your patient only has to modify those items that have changed since the last visit.

To edit a patient survey response

1.   In the Patients module, select the patient whose survey responses you want to edit.

2.   In the Patients toolbar, click the Survey button.

The Patient Survey dialog box appears.

 

3.   Select the question you want to edit, and then click Edit.

The Patient Survey Response dialog box appears.

4.   Change the patient's response to the survey question, and then click OK or Next as appropriate.
