Setting Contact Information options
Contacting your patients quickly and easily to communicate reminders, to follow up on treatment, or to send personal greetings can help you grow and maintain your practice. However, patients often have numerous communication options available to them, and keeping track of these methods can be cumbersome and impractical if, for instance, you're not sure which option each patient prefers. In Easy Dental, you can set each patient's preferred communication option, so you know at a glance how best to contact a particular patient. You can also set a "do not contact" option.
Note: The preferred contact method also appears in the following: Patient Banner, Recall List, Treatment Manager, Collection Manager, Lab Case Manager, Contacts, the Hover window, and appointment blocks. Any numbers set to Do not contact are disabled in the Auto Dial dialog box.
