Looking up CareCredit accounts

CareCredit provides your patients with a convenient option for financing their treatment. Without leaving Easy Dental, you can also look up cardholder account numbers and access the CareCredit payment calculator.

To look up a CareCredit account

1.   In the Patient Banner, select the patient whose account you want to look up.

2.   In the Accounts module, click the CareCredit toolbar button.

The CareCredit portal opens.

3.   Enter the information required to look up the cardholder's account.

Important: You cannot process a payment or a refund from the Lookup screens.
