Patient eligibility

When you search for patient eligibility, a request for verification of eligibility is sent to the patient’s insurance company. Any patient eligibility information that you have obtained in the past or that was requested during WebSync is listed on the main patient eligibility page. When eligibility results are returned, they are listed at the top of this list.

To check your patients' insurance eligibility

1.   In the EasyWeb toolbar, click Patient Eligibility.

The eCentral Patient Eligibility page opens.

 

2.   To view the details of a patient’s eligibility information, click the link in the Response column.
