Insurance Manager

In Insurance Manager, you can search for patient eligibility, manage claims you have sent electronically, view reports about the electronic claims you have sent, and view claim statistics.

The claim statistics section of the Insurance Manager shows you the statistics of the electronic claims you have sent over the specified date range. These statistics show both the individual number and the percentage of claims that have been accepted and rejected.

Note: Before you can access your claims and reports, you must enter your eTrans accounts.

To open Insurance Manager

1.   In the EasyWeb toolbar, click Insurance Center.

Insurance Manager opens to the claim statistics page.

 

2.   To change the date range of the claim statistics, click Claims Statistics Search.

3.   To view more specific information about your claims and track them, click a claim status and search for the claim in the Claim Tracking window.
