Communication Manager
In the eCentral Communication Manager, you can set up correspondence templates, create and view patient surveys, manage correspondence you have sent, create a patient newsletter, send and view referrals, and view your practice statistics.
The Practice Statistics page lists the statistics that pertain to your correspondence, including the statistics about patient satisfaction scores, e-mail appointment correspondence, text message appointment correspondence, post card appointment correspondence, patient referrals, and provider referrals. By default, these statistics reflect cumulative totals except the satisfaction scores, which are shown for the past month, past six months, and past year.
To open Communication Manager
In the EasyWeb toolbar, click Communication Manager.
Communication Manager opens to the Practice Statistics page.
