Deleting Contacts entries
You can delete phone calls, reminders, and miscellaneous and HIPAA Privacy entries. You can also delete broken and purged appointments, letters, and changed privacy requests. However, you cannot delete appointment, appointment note, billing statement, payment note, and payment plan note entries.
To delete a Contacts entry
1. In the Contacts module, select the entry that you want to delete.
2. In the Contacts toolbar, click Delete Contact.
The Delete Item dialog box appears.
3. Click Yes.
The entry is deleted.
