Viewing family and patient contacts

Using the Contacts toolbar, you can specify whether you want to view contact information for an entire family or just for the individual patient.

Notes:

·        The View Family Contacts and View Patient Contacts buttons toggle back and forth depending on what you are viewing. When you are viewing entries for a single patient, the View Family Contacts button appears. When you are viewing entries for an entire family, the View Patient Contacts button appears.

·        If you are displaying a family member who is not the guarantor, entries for billing statements and family payments will not appear. These items only appear when you are viewing family contacts or the guarantor.

To view family and single patient contact entries

1.   In the Easy Dental toolbar, click Contacts.

2.   Select the patient whose contact information you want to view.

The Contacts window appears listing the selected patient's contact information.

3.   To view the contact entries for the entire family, in the Contacts toolbar, click View Family Contacts.

The contact entries for the entire family appear.

4.   To switch back to the single patient entries, in the Contacts toolbar, click View Patient Contacts.

The view switches to the contact entries for a single patient.
