Refreshing the Chart

If your practice is set up with a network of computers, data entered on one computer may not appear immediately on other workstations.

To refresh the Chart

·        In the Chart toolbar, click Refresh.

The Chart data for the selected patient updates to display any new information for the patient.

Note: By default, Easy Dental automatically displays all treatment entered during the current charting session, regardless of the view settings that you selected. However, once you refresh the Chart, only the treatment that matches the selected view filters display.
