Printing progress notes

In Easy Dental, you can print a patient's progress notes.

To print the progress notes and the graphic chart

1.   Select a patient.

2.   In the Chart toolbar, click Print Dental Chart, and then click Progress Notes with Chart.

The Print Progress Notes with Chart dialog box appears.

3.   Do one of the following:

·        All Progress Notes – Select to print every progress note pertaining to the selected patient.

·        Date Range – Select to print notes specific to a certain date range. Type the range.

4.   Select Print Procedure Amounts to include the amount charged for each procedure.

5.   To print the progress notes and the graphic chart, click OK.
