Viewing progress notes by status

You can view progress notes according to any combination of four statuses.

To view a progress note by status

In the Chart toolbar, click View Options, and then select one or more of the following statuses:

·        Complete – Displays all completed procedures.

·        TX Plan/Conditions to display all treatment-planned procedures and conditions.

·        Existing to display all existing procedures and conditions.

·        Notes to display any additional notes associated with the procedures.

The progress notes are listed according to the status you choose.
