Deleting pre-defined payment plans

You can delete pre-defined payment plans.

To delete a pre-defined payment plan

1.   In the Patient Banner, click the Settings button.

The Settings dialog box appears.

2.   Click Payment Plan Setup.

The Payment Plan Setup dialog box appears.

3.   Select the type that you want to delete, and then click Delete.

A message appears asking you to verify that you want to delete the type.

4.   Click Yes.
