Deleting future due payment plans

You can delete future due payment plans.

To delete a future due payment plan

1.   Select the patient you want to delete a future due payment plan for.

2.   In the Accounts toolbar, click Future Due Payment Plans.

The Select Payment Plan dialog box appears.

3.   Select a provider for the payment plan, and then click OK.

The Create Payment Plan dialog box appears.

4.   Click Delete.

If a balance remains, a warning appears.

5.   To delete the plan, click OK.
