Insurance claim window overview

When you create an insurance claim, a standard set of information is used to fill out the claim. You can edit the claim information from the Primary or the Secondary Insurance Claim windows, which window appears depends on the type of insurance claim you open from the Accounts transaction log. To open an insurance claim, from the transaction log, double-click a claim. The appropriate Insurance Claim window appears.
