Entering remarks for unusual services

You can print notes that explain some important aspects or unusual circumstances of a procedure.

To enter a remark for unusual services

1.   In the Insurance claims window toolbar, click Remarks or double-click the Remarks for Unusual Services block.

The Remarks for Unusual Services dialog box appears.

 

2.   Type any notes that you want to print on the claim.

3.   Click Insert Dateline to add a date to the note, and then click OK.

The note appears in the Remarks for Unusual Services field on the claim.
