Viewing claims

When you first display the Manage Claims tab after opening EDS Bridge, no claims appear in the list.

Note: If your organization manages claims across many locations, the list of claims for all locations can become quite lengthy for all locations. You may want to filter the claims by location so you only view claims at one location.

To view claims

1.   From the Manage Claims tab, click the Location list, and select the Location whose claims you want to see.

2.   Click Load to load the list of claims for the selected Location.

3.   In the left-hand list, select the category of claims you want to view:

·        EDS Review

·        Rejected

·        Requires Attach

·        Ready To Send

·        Rejections - EDS

·        Rejections - Payer
