If the recurring payments service is installed on the server, but you do not want to process automatic recurring payments for payment plans from credit cards on file, you can uninstall this service.
To uninstall the recurring payments service
In the extracted server installation package, double-click Setup.exe.
Install Manager opens.
Under Installed on the left, select Recurring Payments Service. The Setup options appear on the right.
Click Uninstall.
On the message that appears when the uninstallation of the service is complete, click Ok.
