If the dental encounter service is installed on the server, but you do not want to send healthcare information to external systems through C-CDA files, you can uninstall this service.
This service is intended for military facilities only.
To uninstall the dental encounter service
In the extracted server installation package, double-click Setup.exe.
Install Manager opens.
Under Installed on the left, select Dental Encounter Service. The Setup options appear on the right.
Click Uninstall.
On the message that appears when the uninstallation of the service is complete, click Ok.
