Uninstalling the HermeS1 service

If the customer telemetry service (HermeS1) is installed on the server, but you do not want to allow the automatic collecting of system information by Dentrix Enterprise Customer Support technicians, you can uninstall this service.

To uninstall the HermeS1 service

In the extracted server installation package, double-click Setup.exe.

Install Manager opens.

Under Installed on the left, select HermeS1 Service. The Setup options appear on the right.

 

Click Uninstall.

On the message that appears when the uninstallation of the service is complete, click Ok.
