
You can copy the text of your clinical notes to the Windows Clipboard and paste it into a document, such as a letter in a word processing program, or paste it into an insurance claim note or attachment.
Note: Viewing clinical notes to copy them requires the "Clinical Notes, Modify" security right.
To copy clinical notes to other programs

Do one of the following:
To copy 
 all the patient's notes, click the Copy 
 All Clinical Notes button  .
.
To copy 
 an entire note, expand a date 
 in the left pane, select the correct note, 
 and then click the Copy Clinical Note 
 button  .
.
To copy 
 a page of a note, expand a date 
 in the left pane, expand a note, 
 select the correct page, and 
 then click the Copy Clinical Note 
 button  .
.
To copy 
 a portion of the text of a note page, expand a date 
 in the left pane, expand a note, 
 select a page, select 
 the correct text, and 
 then click the Copy button  (which is above the center pane)
 (which is above the center pane)
The text is copied to the Windows Clipboard. You do not see any notification that the text has been copied.
Open a word processing or text editing program,such as Microsoft Word®, and then paste the content into the document (use the applicable button or menu option in that program, or use the key combination Ctrl+V).
