To open Insurance Collection Manager, do one of the following:
In Ledger, on the File menu, click Insurance Collection Manager.
In the
Batch Insurance Payment Entry
dialog box, with the Electronic
option selected under Batch Entry Type,
click either Next ERA or the Select ERA search button 
.
Note: Accessing Insurance Collection Manager requires the "Insurance Collection Manager, Open" security right.
