The Document Center List consists of the contents in the document tree, according to the current view and filter options. The Document Center List displays the list of documents that were acquired within a specified date range and their corresponding details. You can filter the list of documents to include documents that are associated with patients, providers/staff, referrals (inbound and outbound), insurance plans (dental and medical), and employers.

Note: Printing the Document Center List requires the "Print from Document Center" security right.
To print the Document Center List for the current view
In Document Center, on the File menu, point to Print, and then click Document Center List.
If applicable, do one of the following:
If the Password - Print from Document Center dialog box appears, user verification has been assigned to the "Print from Document Center" task. Do one of the following:
If your user account has been granted the "Print from Document Center" security right, enter your credentials in the User ID and Password boxes, and then click OK.
If your user account has not been granted the "Print from Document Center" security right, have a user with permission temporarily override this restriction so you can print the report this one time. The overriding user enters his or her credentials in the User ID and Password boxes and then clicks OK.
If a message appears, informing you that you do not have rights to this operation, your user account has not been granted the "Print from Document Center" security right. To have a user with permission temporarily override this restriction so you can print the report this one time, do the following:
On the message, click Yes.
In the Password - Print from Document Center dialog box, the overriding user enters his or her credentials in the User ID and Password boxes and then clicks OK.
The Print dialog box appears.
By default, the Document Center printer is selected in the Select Printer list. If necessary, select a different printer.
Click Print.
Important information this report provides
The documents on the report can be sorted by the acquisition date of documents, by the type of entity that the documents are associated with, or by the name of the entity that documents are associated with.
Note: A document may appear more than once on the report, depending on the number of attachments and the specified filters.
For each document, the report displays the following information:
Date File Attached - The document's acquisition date.
Attachment Type - The type of entity that the document is associated with: Patient, Provider/Staff, Referred BY, Referred TO, Dental Insurance Plan, Medical Insurance Plan, or Employer.
File Attached To - The name of the entity that the document is associated with.
Type of File - The document’s type (the folder name in the document tree).
File Description - The document's description (the file name in the document tree).
User ID Attaching File - The user who acquired the document.
Clinic of User ID - The clinic that the user who acquired the document was logged in to when he or she acquired the document.
Date Locked/Signed - The date when the document was signed.
Signed By - The name of each person who signed the document.
DC File Path - The location of the repository that contains the document.
