Dentrix Enterprise includes the following dependent modules, which you can open from one of the independent modules:
Perio Chart - With Perio Chart, you can record mobility, furcation grades, plaque, calculus, bone loss, pocket depths, bleeding and suppuration points, gingival margins, CAL levels, and MGJ measurements. Also, you can view Perio Chart data graphically. In Perio Chart, you can print custom reports, charts, and letters for an insurance consultant or the referring dental professional.
Quick Letters - Dentrix Enterprise works with Microsoft Word® to help you quickly create a letter for a patient. You can choose from over 40 pre-defined letter templates for your practice correspondence or create your own. You can customize each letter in Microsoft Word to fit the needs of your office.
Quick Labels - With Quick Labels, you can quickly print a variety of labels to put on an envelope or a postcard for a patient.
Continuing Care - With Continuing Care, you can track your patients' on-going dental care. You can create multiple types of patient recare, manage and sort continuing care cards, and monitor continuing care exams.
Send Message - With the Send Message feature, you can create and send email messages to patients from within Dentrix Enterprise.
Patient Questionnaire - Patient Questionnaire can help your office go paperless. It can store the same information that is included on new patient forms, health history updates, and other forms used in your office to collect information from patients. Plus, Patient Questionnaire allows you to create a custom set of questions for your patients so that specific information can be stored in each patient's record.
Patient Prescription - Patient Prescription is designed to help you quickly create prescriptions and accurately track medicines that have been prescribed to your patients.
Patient Alerts - Patient alerts are customizable alerts that you can attach to a patient or family. Whenever you access the areas of Dentrix Enterprise that have been specified for a patient alert, a message appears. Also, if a patient has a patient alert attached to his or her record, a symbol appears on that patient's appointments.
