Moving procedures to other visits

Procedures can be moved to other visits as needed.

Note: Moving treatment-planned procedures to existing visits requires the "Treatment Plan, Edit" security right.

To move procedures to another visit

In Treatment Planner, in the Treatment Plan Case Setup section on the Navigation panel, open the folder of a treatment plan case with procedures that are assigned to visits.

Select the procedures that you want to move to a different visit.

Note: To select multiple procedures, click a procedure, and then, while pressing the Ctrl key, click the other desired procedures.

Right-click one of the selected procedures, and then select the applicable Move to Visit [number] option to move those procedures to that visit.

If applicable, do one of the following:

If the Password - Treatment Plan, Edit dialog box appears, user verification has been assigned to the "Treatment Plan, Edit" task. Do one of the following:

If your user account has been granted the "Treatment Plan, Edit" security right, enter your credentials in the User ID and Password boxes, and then click OK.

If your user account has not been granted the "Treatment Plan, Edit" security right, have a user with permission temporarily override this restriction so you can move treatment-planned procedures to an existing visit this one time. The overriding user enters his or her credentials in the User ID and Password boxes and then clicks OK.

If a message appears, informing you that you do not have rights to this operation, your user account has not been granted the "Treatment Plan, Edit" security right. To have a user with permission temporarily override this restriction so you can move treatment-planned procedures to an existing visit this one time, do the following:

On the message, click Yes.

In the Password - Treatment Plan, Edit dialog box, the overriding user enters his or her credentials in the User ID and Password boxes and then clicks OK.
