Because Treatment Planner is used to create treatment presentations for patients, the information displayed can be customized. You can specify whether or not you want to display case estimated totals, which consist of the estimated deductible applied to the case, estimated insurance payment, and estimated guarantor portion in the case details.
To view treatment plan case estimated totals
In Treatment Planner, on the View menu, click View Treatment Plan Case Estimated Totals (if this menu options has a check mark next to it, the case estimated totals are currently being viewed).
Note: The applied deductible amount is only displayed if, on the Insurance menu, Use Dental Plan Maximums and Deductibles has a check mark next to it.
