You must be logged on to the Central clinic to configure the information for all clinics that will use ePrescribe. You can log on as the "Enterprise" user to complete the steps in this topic.
To configure clinic information
In Office Manager, on the Maintenance menu, point to Practice Setup, and then click Enterprise Setup.
The Enterprise Setup dialog box appears.
For each clinic that will use ePrescribe, do the following:
Select a clinic, and then click Edit.
The Clinic Information dialog box appears.
On the Clinic Settings tab, verify that the following information is entered:
Title.
Time Zone (must be the same for all clinics that will use ePrescribe).
Address - The first line of the street address, second line of the street address (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP Code.
Phone, Ext. (if applicable), and Fax.
Important: These options are required to use ePrescribe.
Click OK.
* Complete the clinic configuration before a trainer starts the training with your office.
