To use the ePrescribe features, must first activate your ePrescribe licenses. You must be logged on to the Central clinic as an administrator to activate ePrescribe. Also, the steps in this topic must be completed with the help of Dentrix Enterprise Technical Support.
Important: Do not log on as the "Enterprise" user to activate ePrescribe.
To activate ePrescribe
In Office Manager, on the Maintenance menu, point to Practice Setup, and then click Clinic Resource Setup.
In the Clinic Resource Setup dialog box, under Clinic Information, click Edit.
The Clinic Information dialog box appears.
Select the Subscriptions tab.
