You can view and delete scheduled export jobs.
Notes:
Accessing File Exchange requires the "File Exchange, Open" security right.
Managing scheduled export jobs requires the "File Exchange, View/Edit Scheduler" security right.
To manage scheduled export jobs
In Office Manager, on the Data Extraction menu, click File Exchange.
Note: This option is available only if your user account has been granted the "File Exchange, Open" security right.
The File Exchange dialog box appears.
Click Manage Schedules.
If applicable, do one of the following:
If the Password - File Exchange, View/Edit Scheduler dialog box appears, user verification has been assigned to the "File Exchange, View/Edit Scheduler" task. Do one of the following:
If your user account has been granted the "File Exchange, View/Edit Scheduler" security right, enter your credentials in the User ID and Password boxes, and then click OK.
If your user account has not been granted the "File Exchange, View/Edit Scheduler" security right, have a user with permission temporarily override this restriction so you can manage scheduled export jobs this one time. The overriding user enters his or her credentials in the User ID and Password boxes and then clicks OK.
If a message appears, informing you that you do not have rights to this operation, your user account has not been granted the "File Exchange, View/Edit Scheduler" security right. To have a user with permission temporarily override this restriction so you can manage scheduled export jobs this one time, do the following:
On the message, click Yes.
In the Password - File Exchange, View/Edit Scheduler dialog box, the overriding user enters his or her credentials in the User ID and Password boxes and then clicks OK.
The Manage Scheduled Jobs dialog box appears.
Do any of the following as needed:
To view jobs that have already run, select the View Past Jobs checkbox.
To view the patients whose data is included in an export job, select that job. The patients appear in the Patients list to the right.
To delete an active job (you cannot delete a past job), select that job, and then click Delete Job. On the confirmation message that appears, click Yes.
When you are finished managing the jobs, click Close.
