A following information from the patient's Family File record appears for your reference at the top of the More Information window: name, age, birth date, gender, Social Security Number, marital status, address, chart number, clinic, primary provider, patient status, billing type, home phone number, mobile phone number, work phone number, email address, language preference, and ethnicity.
To open the Patient Information dialog box (without having to open Family File first) so you can edit the patient's information, click the patient's name (which is a link).
