Dear Patricia, Time has a way of slipping by! Did you know that it has been quite some time since you last visited our office? We have not seen you since March 15, 2008. We were wondering how you were, and if you wished us to maintain your records in our active file. Is the reason you have not been back because you haven't noticed anything wrong? We hope not! By the time you feel any discomfort, more often than not, irreversible damage has already occurred. Is it because you have moved out of the area or found another dentist? If so, please call or drop a note to let us know.
