Dear Patricia, We hope this letter finds you well and happy, as we have missed seeing you since your last appointment on September 13, 2010. We are also quite concerned about your dental health, as well as the reason why you have not been back to see us. Is it because you have not noticed anything wrong? We hope this is not the reason, because by the time you would feel any discomfort, more often than not, irreversible damage has already occurred. If, perhaps, the reason for your absence is due to financial problems, I am sure we can make special arrangements to meet your needs. Please feel free to discuss such an arrangement with us. Finally, if it is something we have done which has displeased you, and since our business is to serve you, your feelings are very important to us.
