You can create a hash file that satisfies the Meaningful Use security criteria. Access to this feature is controlled by the Meaningful Use settings for clinics.
To create a hash file
In Office Manager, on the Analysis menu, point to Meaningful Use, and then click Create Hash.
The Select a File to Generate a Hash Value dialog box appears.
Locate and select the desired file, and then click Open.
A text file that contains the hash value is created using the name of the original file and is placed in the same location as the original file. For example, the name of the text file for testfile.xml would be testfile.xml.has.
Then, a message appears.
Click OK.
