Removing group permissions

For any user group, you can remove group permissions from a user for one or more groups and/or for one or more clinics.

Note: Removing group permissions requires the "Password Administration" security right.

To remove group permissions

In the Security Rights Setup dialog box, do one of the following:

On the Users tab:

Do the following:

Under Select User, select a user.

Under Assigned Groups, do one of the following:

To remove the group permissions of one or more groups from the selected user for one clinic, select By Clinic to view the clinics that the user is assigned to, select one of the Clinics, and then select any of the Groups.

To remove the group permissions of one group from the selected user for one or more clinics, select By Group to view the groups that the user is assigned to, select one of the Groups, and then select any of the Clinics. If you select all the clinics, the user will be removed from the selected group entirely

On the Groups tab:

Do the following:

Under User Groups, select a group.

Under Assigned Users, do one of the following:

To remove the group permissions of the selected group from one or more users for one clinic, select By Clinic to view the clinics that are assigned to that user, select one of the Clinics, and then select any of the Users.

To remove the group permissions of the selected group from one user for one or more clinics, select By User to view the users that are assigned to that group, select one of the Users, and then select any of the Clinics. If you select all the clinics, the user will be removed from the selected group entirely.

Click Remove.

A confirmation message appears.

Click Yes.
