Setting up the Office Manager view

The Batch Processor can become cluttered when multiple clinics have all their reports listed in Office Manager at the same time, so you can specify which reports to display or hide how reports are sorted.

To set up the Office Manager view

In Office Manager, click View on the menu bar.

The Office View Setup dialog box appears.

Set up any of the following options:

Clinic - To filter the reports by clinic, select one of the following options:

This Clinic - To view reports that have been generated in the clinic that you are currently logged in to.

Note: This option is available only if your user account has been granted the "View All Patients" security right for the Central clinic.

My Clinics - To view reports that have been generated in the clinics for which your user account has been granted the "My Clinics, View" security right.
