To use the Meaningful Use features you must first activate your Meaningful Use license. After activating your Meaningful Use license, you must grant eligible providers access to the Meaningful Use features.
To subscribe to Meaningful Use
While logged on to the Central clinic, in the Office Manager, expand the Maintenance menu, point to Practice Setup, and then click Clinic Resource Setup.
In the Clinic Resource Setup dialog box, under Clinic Information, click Edit.
The Clinic Information dialog box appears.
Select the Subscriptions tab.
