You can delete the immunizations that are attached to a patient's record as needed.
Note: Deleting an immunization requires both the "Patient Immunizations, Delete" security right and that user verification not be assigned to the "Patient Immunizations, Delete" task.
To delete an immunization
With a patient selected in Family File, on the File menu, click Patient Immunizations.
The Immunizations dialog box appears.
In the list, select an immunization.
Click Delete.
A confirmation message appears.
Click Yes.
