Adding, editing, and deleting email addresses

You can add, edit, and delete an email recipient and the corresponding email address as needed.

To add, edit, or delete an email address

In DXOne Reporting, on the E-mail menu, click Manage Accounts.

The Manage Accounts dialog box appears.

Perform any of the following tasks as needed:

Add a recipient and email address:

Enter the recipient's name in the Last Name and First Name boxes.

Enter the person's email address in the E-Mail Address box.

Click Add.

Edit a recipient and email address:

Select the account that you want to edit in the E-mail Accounts list.

Make the necessary changes to the person's name and/or email address.

Click Change.

Delete a recipient and email address:

Select the account that you want to delete in the E-mail Accounts list.

Click Delete.

A confirmation message appears, warning you that the address may be used for a scheduled report or in a distribution list.

Click Yes.

Click Close.
