You can view a patient's progress notes as of a certain date. Only treatment and conditions with a date on or before the date that you specify will appear.
Note: This view setting also affects the graphical chart (if displayed).
To view the progress notes as of a certain date
With a patient selected in Chart, expand the View menu.
Click Set Chart As Of Date.
The View Chart as of Date dialog box appears.
Do one of the following:
To view
treatment and conditions with a date on or before a certain date, select
the As of option. With this option
selected, to specify a cutoff date, click the search button 
to open the Select Date dialog box, select a
date, and then click OK.
To view treatment and conditions with any date, select the As of Today (Default View) option.
Click OK.
Notes:
If Chart is being filtered by date, "as of [date]" appears on the Chart window's title bar to indicate that this view setting is currently being used.
You can also remove the date filter by selecting a different patient or clearing the current patient.
