Clearing a related referral

If a related referral has been set for the current charting session for the patient, the setting remains in effect until you clear the related referral setting.

Note: The setting also remains in effect until you select a different referral, select a different patient, or close Chart.

To clear a related referral

With a patient selected in Chart, on the File menu, click Set Related Referral.

The Set Related Referral dialog box appears.

Next to the Referred box, click Remove.

Click OK.

A confirmation message appears.

Click Yes.
