Setting a range of patients
Setting a range of patients allows you to filter your patient list alphabetically. This can be useful if you have a very large patient base and want to limit the list size for ease of use. You can work one week on the A - J names, the next the K - S names, and the last the T - Z names.
To set a range of patients
1. In the Appointment Book, click Options, and then click Treatment Manager.
The Treatment Manager View dialog box appears.
2. Select a patient or range of patients.
3. Under Select Patient, click the From search button.
The Select Patient dialog box appears.
4. Select the first patient in the range, and then click OK.
5. In the Treatment Manager View dialog box, under Select Patient, click the To search button.
6. In the Select Patient dialog box, select the last patient in the range, and then click OK.
